Track your request

Have you lodged a request? You can view the status or track the progress online:

  1. open the Online Services request tracking portal
  2. enter your request number, including the last 3 letters (example REQ2022-011111.ABC).

Requests are monitored during opening hours, excluding public holidays, and are allocated for review and assessment by the responsible department. They will be responded to/actioned according to workload, urgency and complexity.

The former 'MBRC request' app has now been replaced with the new and improved Snap Send Solve app. This new app is a simple and quick way to report issues or assets, such as potholes or graffiti, that need fixing across the city.
