Road safety equipment loan

Council may be able to assist non-profit community groups who may require road safety equipment such as traffic cones and witches hats, high visibility vests, as well as signage.

Requests must be made through the respective Divisional Councillor.

Conditions of use

Items are loaned on the understanding that should Council equipment be lost, stolen or damaged, full compensation is to be made to Council. 

Also, as the equipment is held by Council for operational works and emergency signage, Council reserves the right to request the return of the loaned equipment if necessary. 

A representative from your group will be required to sign a declaration that this loan condition is read and understood.
