Council is aware customers are experiencing issues when using Facebook to login or register for Online Services accounts. We apologise for the inconvenience. We are working to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
Information regarding flood waste, skip bins, damage assessments, and support services is available for residents affected by the recent flooding event.
Flood recovery resources
You will be required to sign in to your account to access most services including to lodge applications, request property searches or building/plumbing plans, check your rates balance, or update your details with Council.
Sign in to MBRC Online Services
You are able to access some services without registration, including creating a customer service request, tracking your applications and requests, updating details, and making payments.

If you have not received your online verification email within one business hour please try signing directly into your account.
Note: eServices accounts are no longer active.
If you have previously registered for MoretonAlert or subscribed to a Council newsletter, you may already have a My Moreton Bay account.
Follow the link to MBRC Online Services, which will ask you to first sign into My Moreton Bay.
Once you are signed into your My Moreton Bay account, you then need to add a MBRC Online Services account.
You will now be able to use MBRC Online Services.
