New or transferring a pontoon trustee lease

Property owners in Bribie Gardens Estate with canal frontage must have a pontoon trustee lease if they:

Council, on behalf of the State, manages the pontoon trustee leases within the Bribie Gardens Estate over Trustee Reserve R2669 in accordance with State Government regulations.

Pontoon trustee leases are granted for 30 years.
