City of Moreton Bay will conduct a scheduled systematic inspection program in accordance with Section 113 of the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act 2008.
The purpose of the program is to inspect all properties in the region to determine the existence of unregistered dogs and take appropriate action for:

The programs permit authorised officers to enter properties within the boundaries of Council's local government area. Officers will carry identification and produce on attendance. A copy of the Council resolution authorising the approved inspection program can be viewed free of charge at Council’s administration offices.
