The latest tranche of draft Local Laws are now out for public comment until the end of March, asking local residents for their feedback on amendments to three Local Laws:
Mayor Peter Flannery said changes to these proposed laws had been drafted to reflect the feedback Council received through an extensive community consultation period last year.
“Thanks to thousands of submissions from our community, Council is ready to progressively release 13 proposed laws over four phases,” he said.
“Whether you support or object to the proposed Local Laws, we want to hear from you.”
