Council offers a range of land, properties and facilities for lease, including commercial and residential spaces, as well as venues for community organisations. Leasing provides opportunities for businesses, residents and community groups to access Council-managed assets for approved purposes.
Some activities require Council approval or consent. This includes applications for new or assignments of existing telecommunication leases, changes to Council easements, and any activity that impacts Council-owned or Council-controlled land.

Telecommunication companies can apply for Council consent for a new, or the assignment of an existing lease to another telecommunication company.
