Cat and dog registration renewals

payment reference lookup has been developed to assist customers with existing rates or animals notices issued prior to 4 January 2021.

New rates or animals notices issued after 4 January 2021 will display your new payment reference.

The registration and renewal period for cat and dog registrations starts 1 October and expires 30 September annually. Council issues a renewal notice in early September for each registered animal with payments due by 30 September.
