Request a refund
Partial refunds
If you desex your pet or become eligible for a pension concession, you may receive a partial refund of the extra amount you paid.
Who can receive a refund
Only the person who made the payment can receive the refund. If we approve your refund request, we will transfer the funds into your bank account. This can take up to 30 days. If we do not approve your request, we will notify you in writing.
Providing proof of payment
To process your request, you must provide proof of payment. We will accept a copy of a receipt or a bank statement. The bank statement must show the transaction and account details, including the BSB, account number and account name.
If your request is for a refund of a duplicated payment, you must provide proof of both payments.
We may also request other supporting documentation.
