Located in the heart of Caboolture, within Caboolture Town Square, this venue is within walking distance of the Caboolture Hub, shops, cafes and public transport.

Supper room

The Supper room is 21.5 metres by 7.5 metres and is located within the Caboolture Memorial Hall complex. With its own entry point, the supper room complements the main hall for functions and events needing a break-out area or additional space.

There is ample parking, including a free multi-storey unrestricted car park and restricted off-street parking with an accessible parking bay close to the main hall entry.

This venue is a self-service model however, hall management offers set up/pack down, cleaning and catering services for an additional cost. To request a quote, please contact Enhance Care.

The supper room has pathways from the car park to the entry door. Allocated accessible parking bays are located in the car park. Internal doors have automatic/push button access. An accessible toilet is available on the ground level.

Bookings

This hall is managed by Enhance Care Inc on behalf of Council.

Regular hire is available at this facility. A regular hirer is an individual or organisation that has bookings on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Note:

booking requests are required at least five business days prior to the requested hire date
a minimum of 1 hour hire applies to all bookings
Council may charge a refundable security bond to cover potential damage to the facility during hire.

Restrictions

Hirers are not permitted to sleep in the venue overnight.
Equipment may be left in the venue if the hirer has a booking for the following day, or by arrangement with Hall Management.
Smoking is not permitted in, or within 5 metres of, Council venues, except for designated smoking areas.
The use of open flames including but not limited to candles, lanterns or smoke machine is prohibited.
Decorative items such as glitter, rice, rose petals, sand or confetti is not permitted.
Decorations must not be affixed in any way that may cause damage; this includes, but is not limited to sticky tape, pins or tacks.
Animals with the exception of assistance animals, are not permitted in council venues without Council approval.

Venue inspections

Hall Management may provide prospective hirers the opportunity to view the hall prior to booking. Inspections are by appointment only and depend upon the hall manager and venue availability.
