Council provides interest-free loans to not-for-profit groups up to $50,000. These loans help develop new or improve existing community facilities in City of Moreton Bay.
Not-for-profit groups eligible for a community facilities grant are welcome to apply at any time.
Applicants must comply with the interest free loan terms and conditions(PDF, 251KB). Your application must show that your organisation can repay the loan within the agreed timeframe.
We will notify you of the outcome about 8 weeks after applying.
Before applying, read the Community Facilities Interest Free Program guidelines(PDF, 416KB).
You will also need to discuss your proposal with Council. Contact a Sport and Recreation Officer by emailing sportrecreation@moretonbay.qld.gov.au.
This will allow you to get initial feedback on whether your proposal is eligible, and aligns with our guidelines.
