Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre

If you want to make a splash into fitness or enjoy a fun and cheap day out, check out Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre!

The facilities include a 50-metre heated swimming pool, the perfect place to train your inner Olympian or to play a water-based game. For the learn-to-swim program, therapy or rehabilitation, head to the indoor heated swimming pool. There's restricted access to this area at times due to programming.

Once you're done in the water, take your training to the air-conditioned gym. It has a variety of equipment plus inclusive equipment suitable for people with disability or mobility restrictions. Make sure to ask about the upcoming group fitness classes and personal training too!

For the kids, our shaded children's wading pool has fun water sprinklers for them to enjoy. If they want to play a group sport, they can practice their three-pointers at the half-basketball court.

When you're hungry, the poolside cafe has plenty of grab-and-go options and drinks. You can also pack a hot lunch and use the barbecue facilities next to the sheltered picnic tables.

Aquatic facilities

50-metre heated swimming pool

This pool ranges in depth from 1.2 metres to 1.8 metres. Squad swimming takes place in this pool.

Indoor heated pool

This pool is for our learn-to-swim program, therapy, rehabilitation, exercise, relaxation and more. There's restricted access to this area at times due to programming. The pool has a depth of 1.2 metres.

Shaded children’s wading pool

This pool has exciting water features and a beach entry. The pool varies in depth up to 0.8 metres.

Accessibility

There is an accessible path of travel from the designated accessible parking spaces to the building entrance.

A unisex-accessible toilet is available.

The 50-metre outdoor pool has stairs with railings. There is also a fixed hoist and water wheelchair (maximum weight capacity 200 kilograms). The patron must supply the sling if required.

The indoor program pool has ramp access, and a water wheelchair (maximum weight capacity 200 kilograms) is available. There is also a fixed hoist and water wheelchair (maximum weight capacity 200 kilograms). The patron must supply the sling if required.

The gym features inclusive fitness equipment suitable for people in wheelchairs or who have mobility restrictions.
