Head down to CREEC to celebrate World Environment Day through rainforest reflection!

Enjoy a restorative workshop designed to help you slow down and reconnect to the environment and yourselves. Guided by Cerae Mitchell from Drop into Nature, this experience invites you to step into the rainforest and engage with the natural world.

The session begins with a mindful walk through the forest. You'll have time to notice sounds, textures, and the quiet details often unnoticed.

From there, you'll ease into nature journaling, with all materials provided. You don't have to be a professional, your curiosity and willingness to reflect are all you need to get creative!

The workshop concludes with an art-based reflection, offering space to process what you've noticed and how it made you feel.

Along the way, pause for a moment to treat yourself to a delicious native Australian tea.

This is not about creating perfect art or writing the right words. It’s about reconnecting with and stepping back into nature.
