During Make Music Month, Caboolture Regional Art Gallery will host the People’s Keyboard. To celebrate, you're invited to a special performance by musician Matthew Rabbas. Sit back and relax as he tickles the ivories, filling the art gallery with rich, playful and uplifting melodies. 

Matthew’s professional performance will showcase the full range of what this instrument can do. You’ll hear soft, gentle notes one moment and bold, expressive bursts the next. 

This is one live demonstration not to be missed. Designed to spark curiosity, you’ll leave wondering just how many sounds the People’s Keyboard can create. 

This public access instrument is available for use all month. Get hands-on, experiment, and create your own music.

About the performer

Matthew Rabbas is a prodigious musician renowned for his extraordinary talent in piano and composition. With 15 years of rigorous classical training, Matthew’s improvisational skill is exceptional, allowing him to create immersive musical worlds with astonishing ease.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium, he is regarded as an exceptionally gifted and innovative young musician. His extraordinary musicality makes him a valuable asset to any project or musical venture. Matthew’s combination of creative brilliance and technical mastery continues to set him apart in the musical world.
