The Woodford Memorial Hall is located in the heart of the Woodford township. It is close to shops and cafes and next door to the Woodford Library and Museum.
The venue includes an upper level hall and supper room which can be hired separately or together and a lower level meeting room.
The meeting room is 15 metres x 6 metres. The venue is a self-service model: all hirers are responsible for set-up/pack-down and cleaning of the venue before the conclusion of the hire.
The meeting room has a capacity of 50 people.
Woodford Memorial Hall has an accessible entry from the main car park behind the hall.

Woodford Memorial Hall is managed by the Woodford Memorial Community Centre Association Inc. on behalf of Council.

Council may charge a refundable security bond.
Hall Management may provide prospective hirers the opportunity to view the hall prior to booking. Inspections are by appointment only and depend upon the availability of the venue.
