Desirai is being commissioned to create new artwork for City of Moreton Bay's Outdoor Gallery at South Pine Indoor Sports Complex.

Join Desirai in a playful, hands-on workshop called ‘Small stories, BIG Imaginations’.

You will make your own mini zine to transform the everyday into something extraordinary.

Each participant will dream up a small story which turns ordinary objects or moments into whimsical tales.

From a microwave growing legs and escaping through the kitchen window to a cloud taking a holiday, participants are encouraged to find magic in the mundane.

For those who prefer visual exploration over storytelling, Desirai invites you to play with patterns and colours and draw inspiration from the shapes, textures, and rhythms of the natural world.

Through collage, drawing, and design, everyone will craft a personal window into their own imagination.

Each zine becomes a pocket-sized artwork celebrating the creativity, humour, and wonder found in everyday life across Moreton Bay.
