The purpose of the Local Community Infrastructure Program is to provide Council the ability to respond to and implement divisional based projects that address the specific local needs of each division.
This policy guides each phase in the delivery of projects within the Local Community Infrastructure Program, defining the process, timeframes and responsibilities to ensure delivery can be successfully undertaken.
Council recognises the importance of forward planning for projects and is committed to the well-considered investigation of identified projects, prioritisation, programming, scoping and funding allocation.
