Next date: Thursday, 18 September 2025 | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Get your garden blooming this spring! Join the friendly team from the Moreton Bay Community Nursery for a free event packed with practical tips and inspiration.

You’ll learn how to grow a garden that does more than look great. Native plants can turn any space, big or small, into a haven for wildlife. They provide food and shelter for frogs, butterflies, native bees, and small birds. Larger gardens can even support gliders, owls, and koalas!

The nursery team will help you choose the best plants for your space. They’ll show you how to create small habitat pockets that make a big impact. You’ll also find out how your garden can connect with others nearby to support local biodiversity.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gardener, this workshop is for you. Bring your questions, meet other locals, and take away new ideas for your outdoor space.

Come along, get inspired, and help grow a greener, wilder Moreton Bay.
