Street art skills workshop

Join us at the North Lakes Community Centre to celebrate Queensland Youth Week with our back-to-back street art workshops.

Sharpen your skills and hear from experienced artists during the April school holidays. Each artist will talk about their practices and how they express themselves through public art. They will then guide you through a hands-on 60-minute workshop. 

You will learn the basics of calligraffiti and how to use a scribble grid to scale up your artworks. Other participants will be present at the workshops, so expect some chatting and a creative vibe! You can discover different street art skills used to create beautiful artworks together.

There are quiet spaces if you need a sensory break.

The community centre is wheelchair-friendly with access via the lift in the underground car park.

We will provide all materials and light refreshments.
