Gayundah Arboretum Park in Woody Point is a peaceful spot to relax beside the water.
The park has plenty of seats with views of Moreton Island where you can enjoy the sea breeze.
Take in the salty air on one of the many park seats and see what water birds you can spot. The picnic tables and barbecue facilities make it a restful spot for a hot lunch with family or friends.
For some Moreton Bay history, follow the path south where you will see former naval vessel HMQS Gayundah now serving as a breakwater.
If you’re after a serene park with a calm seascape, make your way to Gayundah Arboretum Park.
Local business vendors such as food trucks and activity providers can operate at Gayundah Arboretum as part of our Moreton Bay Pop Ups program.
