Community plant nurseries

Community nurseries grow local native plants for community projects and for planting in reserves, parks, schools and public spaces. Nurseries are open to the public and volunteers are welcome. 

Free native plant voucher

Council offers one free native plant voucher per financial year to property owners of residential properties. The voucher can be redeemed at community nurseries for one of the following options:

  • four tube stock; or
  • two medium sized pots; or
  • one large pot.

Pot sizes and the types of plants available will vary throughout the year at each nursery. Nursery staff are available to help you with your selection when you redeem your voucher.

Pine Rivers community nursery

Located at 15 Bunya Pine Court, Eatons Hill - View map.

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Redcliffe Botanic Gardens community nursery
