Hobby Horse Riding is Fun, promotes Fitness, offers Creative opportunities and Fantasy, and promotes Friendship and Fair play.Come and watch Hobby Horse and Riders in action and have a go yourself at this National and Community event. At the National Hobby Horse Championships, you will see riders competing in Dressage to Music, Gymkhana events, Jumping and High Jump. Riders from all over Australia are invited to compete. There will be classes for all levels of riding, as well as an opportunity for spectators to compete in the Gymkhana Multi Event Challenge, so everyone can get involved. The Australian High Jump record is now at 1.26 metres...set at the recent Qld State Championships but closely challenged by NSW. Catering is available all day at the Centre. Bring the family for a fun day out in this great air-conditioned venue. Plenty of parking available.It is going to be fun for everyone, and you might even win tickets to Dreamworld.
