Self Defence for Youth

Self-defence is a basic life skill which most people will find useful at least once in their lifetime. This is a 2 hour session, built for Youth from ages 12-25.

You will be taught a number of self-defence techniques that can be easily learnt and used against a broad variety of common attacks relating to Youth situations. These techniques are all pressure tested and street proven.

Note: Participants under 18 years can attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Participants under 12 may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to the ‘adult concept’ content. Wear enclosed shoes and suitable unrestrictive clothing. Bring your own towel and water bottle.
