Did you know everyday objects can make amazing sounds? Join Jodie Rottle at Strathpine Library for a family friendly jam session making music using kazoos and everyday items.

Explore the wonder of creating sounds in unique ways. Come along and gain new musical skills that are sure to impress your friends!

Open to families, individuals, and music-curious people of all ages. 

All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Bookings are essential. 

About the facilitator

Doctor Jodie Rottle (she/her) is a creative flutist who explores the curious and surprising sounds of everyday objects.

Sought after for her whimsical perspective, she often works across performance art, puppetry, circus and installation art. Jodie is an experienced, community music-making facilitator having delivered kazoo workshops for Brisbane Festival in 2023.
