Monster Siege big adventure: family fun day

Calling all kids of Moreton Bay! Get ready to unleash your inner monsters at South Pine Indoor Sports Complex with two full days of adventure at our Monster Siege family fun day.

Monster Siege is an epic battle where kids must use problem-solving and teamwork to take on the adults and save the day.

City of Moreton Bay Mayor Peter Flannery was excited to announce the must-do event for kids during the upcoming Easter school holidays.

“We’re thrilled to bring Monster Siege by Folly Games to Moreton Bay,” he said.

“This exhilarating game of imagination, creativity and strategy is an immersive experience for kids of all ages and abilities.

“It’s the ultimate battle of kids against adults and the best part is, it’s absolutely free!”

In Monster Siege, participants will defend magical rubber ducks from an onslaught of adult ‘slobbers’ using pool noodle arrows, all while banding together with fellow kids in a quest for victory.

Spectators can join in the excitement from the sidelines, influencing the outcome of the game with chants, pom-poms, banners and monster face paint.

“The fun doesn’t stop there. Attendees can also enjoy a variety of free creative activities provided by City of Moreton Bay libraries, galleries and museum teams,” Mayor Flannery said.

“From circus skills stations to mini boot camps, art challenges, face painting, LEGO play, and decorating a tote bag with paint pens and vinyl transfers, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

“I encourage all kids and families to join us on either of these days for an unforgettable adventure, creativity and excitement!”
