Council will issue an offer of renewal to holders of a Food business licence or a Local Law approval. You must notify Council that you intend to accept or decline the offer.
Food business licence
Council will issue an Offer of renewal - Food business licence to holders of mobile, fixed or temporary annual food business licences.
Complete the
Offer of renewal - Food business licence form to accept or decline the offer. You will need to have your Application ID to proceed. This can be located on the offer of renewal email that you received from Council. If you accept the offer of renewal, you will need to
pay the licence renewal fee. Council will issue a new licence certificate upon acceptance of the renewal offer and full payment of the invoiced fees.
Local Law Approval
Council will issue an offer of renewal to Commercial Use of Public Land and Roads approval holders
Council will issue a new approval letter once full payment of the invoiced fees is received.
Renew your Local Law Approval or Licence
Council will issue your Local Law Approval or Licence renewal notice by email. Renewal notices are only sent by post when there is no registered email address with Council or if requested.
The Local Law Approval or Licence you have determines the type of renewal you will receive:
- food businesses will receive an offer of renewal and a licence renewal notice
- local law approval holders will receive an offer of renewal
- higher risk personal appearance service businesses will receive a licence renewal notice
- holders of an Environmental Authority will receive an annual notice.
Because Environmental Authorities do not expire, Council will not issue an updated certificate.
The due date for payment is on your notice. New Licence certificates and Local Law Approvals will only be issued when fees are paid in full.
