Creative workshop with mural artist: BRALC
Next date: Tuesday, 02 September 2025 | 10:30 AM
to 12:00 PM
As part of City of Moreton Bay's Art At Large program, two free creative workshops will be held with Gus Eagleton, the mural artist behind this exciting project.
Gus Eagleton is a mural artist who has over a decade of experience in contemporary large-scale painting. His work focuses on and explores people’s everyday lives and blends dream-like compositions with realism to create aesthetically pleasing and compelling narratives.
The first workshop will be held at the Burpengary Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre and the second at the Burpengary Library. Whether you're a regular at BRALC or just love being part of your local community, this is your chance to get involved.
Join one of our sessions to meet the artist, learn about his work, and discover how public murals are created.
Your creativity and local insights could help inspire a mural that truly reflects the spirit of Burpengary.
No art experience is needed, just bring your creativity and a willingness to join in! Light refreshments will be provided. Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend or the whole family. Be part of something meaningful, creative, and community-driven.
