Electronic DA lodgement
Customers can lodge new development applications and operational works applications under the MBRC Planning Scheme online via our DA lodgement portal.
Refer to the relevant DA forms for information on supporting documents required. These can be downloaded from the Queensland Planning System website.
Note: the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning have amended a number of forms including DA Form 1 – Development application details and DA Form 2 – Building work details. Before submitting a development application, applicants should ensure they are using the most up-to-date forms.
3D models are required for certain types of development applications. Refer to the technical information to enable these to be incorporated into Council's 3D Model.
