Concrete, asphalt and bitumen may be reusable or recycled by Council staff. Not applicable to engineered stone or asbestos cement pipes products.

Clean concrete is without foreign materials.
Disposal of unset concrete powder (cement powder) is not accepted at Councils waste facilities.
Disposal of concrete dust or loads of concrete, asphalt or bitumen where concrete dust makes up more 5% of the volume is not accepted at Councils waste facilities.
