Bookings

How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking in a variety of ways. We encourage hirers to book online.

If you prefer to submit a form, then please complete and return our Room hire application form(PDF, 679KB). Please include a copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Centre when you return your booking form. Upon receipt an invoice will be issued, and your booking will only be confirmed once payment is received. A booking confirmation and tax receipt will be emailed to the contact details provided.

Are you able to hold dates or tentative bookings?

Unfortunately, we do not hold dates or take tentative bookings. All bookings and requests are managed on a first-in, first-served basis.

Are walk-in bookings or site inspections permitted?

While we welcome visitors to the Learning and Business Centre, please phone (07) 5433 3700 to arrange a site inspection. This way we can ensure the rooms you are wanting to view are available.

I require catering. Can I organise this through the Learning and Business Centre?

Yes, we have various catering and beverage options available for your next function. For more information refer the Catering webpage.

Orders must be placed no later than midday Wednesday the week before your function. 

Note: if catering is required, you must order from the venue. No outside food or beverages are permitted within the Learning and Business Centre.

Accessibility and transport

Is the Learning and Business Centre accessible for wheelchairs?

The award-winning design of the Learning and Business Centre ensures that people with specific access requirements can use and enjoy our venue. The internal toilets on each level are wheelchair-accessible with a designated disability access toilet.

Disability access parking bays are available under the building next to the lower ground entry doors. There is access into and around the building via ramps and lifts.

Are there public transport links to the Learning and Business Centre?

Caboolture Hub is easily accessible via bus or train. Caboolture train station is 300 metres from the venue. There is also a Translink bus stop in front of the building on King Street.

Where is the best place to park?

There is plenty of parking available around the venue. All day free parking is available in the multi-storey carpark on the western side of the Caboolture Hub precinct. There is also free but time-limited parking available under and around the buildings. Please check signs for time limits.

General

Are there ATMs onsite?

Unfortunately, there are no ATMs onsite or within the venue. The closest ATM is located on King Street.

I’ve left something behind. Who do I contact about lost property?

Please contact the Learning and Business Centre team with a description of the item, where it was left and what day. If the item has been handed in to lost property we will be in touch.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that visitors be appropriately dressed for a business space. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.

COVID safety information

Are there limits on the number of people allowed per room?

The latest Queensland Government guidelines allows us to open again at full capacity. 

What COVID-Safe measures are currently in place?

The Learning and Business Centre has taken the following steps to provide:

  • multiple wall-mounted and free-standing hand sanitiser stations
  • professionally cleaned facilities.
