The roundabout has been replaced with a new signalised intersection.
The traffic lights will be switched on in early December.
The new intersection includes new slip roads, bicycle lanes, new pedestrian crossings, footpaths, improved stormwater networks and landscaping.
The remaining works are landscaping and road signage installation and is expected to be completed by February 2024.
