Receive your cat or dog registration renewal notice by email

Animal owners can choose to receive their animal registration notice and other animal related correspondence by email. 

You will need to complete this process for each animal that you wish to sign up to receive electronic notices for.

Have your notice ready

You will need your most recent animal registration renewal notice or a copy of your animal registration certificate with you when you sign up.

You can register for MBRC Online Services if you do not have an existing account. 

Register for email animal renewal notices

  1. Once signed in, select 'Sign up to receive your animal notices by email.'
  2. Enter your animal’s details (animal ID and name).
  3. Read the terms and conditions, then submit.

You can still register to receive your animal registration notice by email without an Online Services account.

You can also update your pet registration details online or contact Council if any of your pet's details have changed or are incorrect.
