I no longer have a pet

If your pet has passed away, or you have rehomed your pet, advising Council of this change will ensure that you do not receive any future renewal or reminder notices for this animal.

My pet is now desexed

If your pet has been desexed since the initial registration you may be eligible for a reduced renewal fee.

Note: A fee reduction for desexing is only available if proof is provided and the animal record is updated prior to payment of the annual renewal fee. No refunds apply after payment has been received.
