Council will be carrying out construction works at the South Pine Sports Complex, Brendale.
The project is scheduled to commence in January 2022 and is expected to be completed within 14 months, weather permitting.
The works will include:
- The construction of four multipurpose turf fields, including field lighting.
- The construction of two clubhouses.
- 360 carparks including lighting.
- New stormwater drainage with connection to services and relocation of electrical overhead services.
Existing facilities at the sports complex will continue to be available to the public.
The hours of work will generally be between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
