Individual achievement grant

Applications are invited all year round and can be submitted at any time and applications are accepted up to 3 months before or after the event.  The timeframe for awarding the grant is approximately 2-4 weeks.

An eligible individual can receive a maximum of two Individual achievement grants per financial year.

For young people who have qualified or been selected by a peak body to represent Queensland for Australia in their area of interest.

Commonwealth and Olympic Games For residents who have been invited to represent their field at either a Commonwealth or Olympic Games.

 For individuals who have achieved outstanding results in their chosen field, funds are available to residents of the Moreton Bay Region who have qualified or been selected by a peak body to represent Queensland or Australia.

Youth Achievement: For young people who have qualified or been selected by a peak body to represent Queensland or Australia in one of the following areas of interest:

  • sport and recreation
  • environment
  • arts and culture
  • academic excellence
  • community leaders and ambassadors
  • heritage and history.

Commonwealth and Olympic Games: For residents who have been invited to represent their field at either a Commonwealth or Olympic Games.
