Moreton Bay Eco Fest is a fun, family event promoting sustainability and eco-friendly lifestyle ideas for the whole community to come and enjoy.

Join leading sustainability experts, community organisations, foodies, green-thumbs, conservationists and more, who will share practical tips on how to live more sustainably.

Festival goers will be treated to heaps of fun activities and entertainment throughout the day with a jam-packed line up on the main stage.

This is a wheelchair friendly location, there are accessible toilets and footpaths available at Caboolture Town Square.

Become an Eco Fest stallholder

Council is seeking expressions of interest from local businesses, community organisations, food vendors, and other stallholders with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly lifestyle products and services to participate in Moreton Bay Eco Fest. 

How to apply

To apply to become a stallholder, complete an expression of interest.

Stallholders and/or activity providers must comply with the vendor terms and conditions(PDF, 502KB).

 Applications close Monday, 10 June 2024, or when stallholder capacity is reached. Late applications will not be accepted.

Eligibility 

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • have a business/food licence, if required
  • have a current public liability insurance policy to the value of $20,000,000
  • be able to operate a market stall on a grass surface without power.

A limited number of sites are available. Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee acceptance at the event.

Council will select applications that offer the best value to attendees. Preference will go to applicants who align with the event's sustainability values and are local to the region.

Further requirements and information

There are no fees to have a stall at this event.

Hours of operation for stallholders or activity providers is 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Food vendors must use compostable/eco-friendly cutlery and serving ware at this event.

Become an Eco Fest speaker or entertainer

Council is seeking expressions of interest from speakers and entertainers to participate in Eco Fest’s jam-packed stage program.

To apply to be a part of the stage program, complete an expression of interest.

Council will select applications that offer the best value to attendees. Preference will go to applicants who align with the event's sustainability values and are local to the region.

Getting there

The easiest way to get to the Festival is by walking or using public transport. To plan your journey on public transport, visit Translink or call 13 12 30.

By bus

There are bus stops located on King Street near the main entrance to Caboolture Town Square.

By train

The Caboolture train station is just a two-minute walk away on Matthew Terrace.

By walking 

With its convenient location in the Caboolture CBD, Caboolture Town Square is easy to access on foot.

Car pool

Find some friends to share the journey with so there are fewer emissions and vehicles parked onsite.

Parking

There will be limited free parking available in the multi-storey car park on Hasking Street. Time restricted parking is also available in the bays surrounding the complex.
