The boardroom at South Pine Indoor Sports Centre offers everything you need for both in-person and virtual meetings.

The boardroom has a capacity of 10 people.

Accessibility

The boardroom is wheelchair accessible from the car park via an internal lift. The centre has designated disability parking bays in the shared parking areas.

Accessible unisex toilets are on the ground floor and level one. There is also a Changing Places facility on the ground floor.

The boardroom hire includes:

boardroom table and 10 executive chairs
video conferencing system, connect your laptop using HDMI and USB cables on the table

Fees and charges

Rooms can be hired in one hour blocks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Hire outside of these hours is subject to request and may incur additional fees.
