South Pine Indoor Sports Centre - Function rooms

South Pine Indoor Sports Centre has three function rooms available to hire in a variety of configurations. The function rooms are ideal for presentations, functions, strategy meetings and breakout sessions. You can also combine the function rooms to create a larger space for your event.

Designed for comfort and productivity, each space features high-speed internet and presentation tools. Bring your laptop, connect to the projector and you’re good to go.

We also offer a range of catering options to suit your needs.

Capacity

Function rooms 1, 2 and 3 can have different seating arrangements depending on your event.

Cabaret (square): 24 attendees plus 1 facilitator
Classroom: 16 attendees plus 1 facilitator
U-shape: 10 attendees plus 1 facilitator
Theatre: 50 attendees plus 1 facilitator.

You can also combine 2 or 3 function rooms to provide more space.

Accessibility

The boardroom is wheelchair accessible from the car park via an internal lift. The centre has designated disability parking bays in the shared parking areas.

Accessible unisex toilets are on the ground floor and level one. There is also a Changing Places facility on the ground floor.

Fees and charges

Rooms can be hired in one hour blocks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Hire outside of these hours is subject to request and may incur additional fees.
