Redcliffe War Memorial Pool has swimming facilities for everyone in the family.

The 50-metre indoor heated swimming pool is a great place to tackle a few laps or watch the squad swimmers from the grandstand. The indoor heated program pool has a variety of classes like learn-to-swim and rehabilitation.

Our indoor pools have accessible features, such as a pool hoist for the 50-metre pool and a pool platform lift for the program pool. Reach out to the pool staff if you have any questions about these features.

If you need somewhere for the kids to cool down on hot summer days, they can play in the shaded children's wading pool. When they're feeling hungry, make use of our shaded picnic and barbecue facilities or head to the poolside café for a grab-and-go snack and coffee.

50-metre indoor heated swimming pool

This pool ranges in depth from 1 metre to 1.5 metres. The grandstand that overlooks the pool has a seating capacity of 1000 people.

Indoor heated pool

This pool hosts the learn-to-swim program, therapy and rehabilitation. The pool ranges in depth from 0.65 metres to 1.2 metres.

Shaded children's wading pool

The shaded children's wading pool varies in depth up to 0.5 metres.

Accessibility

There is an accessible path of travel from the designated accessible parking spaces to the building entrance.

A unisex-accessible toilet is available. A bariatric bed and a maneuverable bariatric floor hoist are available in a room near the program pool to assist with transfers. The bariatric floor hoist has a maximum weight capacity of 200 kilograms.

The indoor program pool has a platform lift and a water wheelchair. The pool lift has a maximum weight capacity of 150 kilograms.

The 50-metre indoor pool and the indoor program pool both have a fixed hoist and a water wheelchair. The water wheelchairs have a maximum weight capacity of 200 kilograms. Patrons must supply the sling if required.
