Take a splash in Lawnton Aquatic Centre’s pools and discover the facilities the centre has.

The 50-metre heated swimming pool is the perfect place to practice different swimming strokes. A covered grandstand overlooks the pool where you can leave your items or take a seat as a spectator. The indoor heated swimming pool has learn-to-swim programs and therapy.

For kids, they can have fun in the toddler pool with its exciting water features and slide or use the partly shaded playground.

When you're hungry, there's a poolside cafe with grab-and-go goods or use the barbecue facilities and shaded picnic tables for a hot lunch.

Aquatic facilities

50-metre heated swimming pool

This pool ranges in depth from 1.1 metres to 2 metres. A covered grandstand overlooks the pool with a seating capacity of 1000 people.

Indoor heated pool

This pool is for the learn-to-swim program, therapy, rehabilitation, aqua aerobics and relaxation. The pool has a depth ranging from 1 metre to 1.3 metres.

Toddler pool

This toddler pool has water features and a small slide.

Accessibility

There is an accessible path of travel from the designated accessible parking spaces to the building entrance. A unisex-accessible toilet is available.

The 25-metre and 50-metre pools have a fixed hoist and water wheelchair.

Both wheelchairs have a maximum weight capacity of 200 kilograms, and you must supply the sling if required.
