Thomsett Park

Thomsett Park is a small, charming green space nestled beside Kedron Brook in Ferny Hills, where locals come to slow down and enjoy the outdoors.

Families will find a playground featuring swings, a fort, and even Tic-Tac-Toe. The play equipment invites kids to climb, slide, and use their imaginations.

Dogs love Thomsett Park too. The off-leash area is their place to run free, chase new scents, and make a few furry friends along the way. When not in the off-leash area, dogs must be kept on a lead and at least 10 metres from the playground.

If you’re after something quieter, tall native trees provide shade. Bring a blanket, settle in with a book, or share a picnic with friends. Barbecues are available if you’d like to cook up something more.

With open space, play areas, and the gentle flow of the brook nearby, it’s a place to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
