Clontarf Beach Park is a picture-perfect picnic area beside the ocean that overlooks Moreton Bay.
The park has direct beach access, which is great for young families who want to wade in the calm, shallow water.
Don't forget to bring the family dog. They can enjoy the beach with you, just make sure to keep them on-leash. Read more about the Clontarf dog on-leash beach areas.
If you need an exercise fix, you can enjoy the ocean breeze as you walk or run on the pathway that trails along the foreshore.
Bring a packed lunch to cook on the electric barbecue facilities. There’s also sheltered seating to take cover from the sun, and you can stay hydrated with the nearby water fountains.
Land and water activity providers can operate at Clontarf Beach Park as part of our Moreton Bay Pop Ups program.
