Barry Bolton Park

Barry Bolton Park in Margate is a large open green space with lots of room to run, play or relax in the outdoors. 

For children, there's a partly shaded kids’ playground with a swing set and slide to climb and play on. It also has a concrete pathway that circles the playground, making it a great location for kids on bikes and scooters.  

Parents and caregivers can supervise from the picnic table and bench seats surrounding the playground. 

There's also a half-basketball court where older kids and adults can practise their three-point shots. 

The large open sports field is perfect for stretching your legs with a game of soccer, rugby or cricket.

The park is surrounded by trees, offering shady spots to lie out a blanket and enjoy a packed picnic lunch.
