Bribie Island Library meeting room

Bribie Island Library is accessible by wheelchair. Please inspect the venue prior to booking to ensure the facility meets your accessibility requirements.

Meeting room two is not wheelchair accessible outside library opening hours.

• Payment must be made at the time of the booking.
• Booking times include setting up and tidying up after meetings, and the room must be vacated within the session times allocated.
• Repeat bookings can be made for six months only and will be reviewed after that time.
• Tentative bookings will be held for one week. 
• Cancellations need to be made at least one week in advance. Note: Council's standard business practice is not to offer refunds within seven days of the booking.
• Repeated failure to notify of cancellation may result in refusal to accept future bookings.

Access to public toilets in Anzac Memorial Park outside of library hours.

Kitchenette

• Microwave oven
• Chilled or boiling water on tap
• Sink
• Dishwasher

There are no tea towels, washcloths, and dishwashing liquid included.

Access to toilets adjacent to meeting room, including outside of library hours.

Community not for profit fee applies to:

• groups who can prove their not for profit status
• non-commercial groups or individuals who do not charge membership or attendance fees (apart from covering meeting room costs) and are not conducting a business or selling or promoting products or services

Session times:

• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Rallies, petitioning on issues and any other activity that may cause disruption to other users are not permitted.
