Musicians of Moreton Bay
Moreton Bay is a vibrant live music and entertainment hub in southeast Queensland.
Council supports our local music industry through our free development program, Cultivate the Arts, and performance opportunities for musicians including Make Music Month in June each year.
We invite local artists across all genres including rock, pop, jazz and folk to join our musician database and keep updated with opportunities for professional development and performances.

- a resident of City of Moreton Bay
- able to supply your own instruments such as acoustic or electric guitar.

Music at Community Events
Council has appointed two contractors to coordinate community events across the City. These events often engage musicians, and we encourage local acts to contact these organisations directly to express interest in performing at community events.
Tourism and Events Moreton Bay deliver 13 signature events each year. These include popular favourites such as Hills Carnivale, Moreton Kids Fest, Caboolture Family Fun Day, Christmas Carols, Emergency Services Expo and many more.
Mask Events delivers up to 24 divisional events annually across the city. Enjoy fresh new additions such as the Groovin' in the Green and Taste the Bay event series.
