Amendment of Council's Parking Subordinate Local Law 2023

1. Moreton Bay City Council (Council) has, by resolution dated 26 August 2026, made Amendment Subordinate Local Law (Off-Street Regulated Parking Areas No. 2) 2026 (Amendment Subordinate Local Law).
2. The Amendment Subordinate Local Law amends the Parking Subordinate Local Law 2023.
3. The purpose and general effect of the Amendment Subordinate Local Law is to declare 1 off-street regulated parking area in Schedule 3 of the Parking Subordinate Local Law 2023.
4. The Parking Local Law 2023 authorises the making of the Amendment Subordinate Local Law.
5. A copy of the Amendment Subordinate Local Law may be:
   • (a) inspected and purchased at Council’s public office; and
   • (b) viewed by the public on Council’s website and the website of the Department of Local Government, Water and Volunteers.
