Caboolture Combined Services Hall

The Caboolture Combined Services Hall is centrally located in the heart of Caboolture East within walking distance to public transport, including the Caboolture train station as well as local shops and cafés.

The hall is 11.5 metres x 16.5 metres and includes a small wooden dance floor and carpeted area.

Car parking is available at the rear of the facility.

The venue is a self-service model: all hirers are responsible for set-up/pack-down and cleaning the venue before the conclusion of the hire.

The hall has a capacity of 100 people.

Accessibility

The Caboolture Combined Services Hall has an internal accessible toilet.

An accessible pathway links from Hayes Street to an entry door.

Bookings

Regular hire is available at this facility. A regular hirer is an individual or organisation that has bookings on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Please note the following:

booking requests are required at least five business days prior to the requested hire date
a minimum of 1 hour hire applies to all bookings
bookings can be requested up to one year in advance
council may charge a refundable security bond to cover potential damage to the facility during hire.

Restrictions

Hirers are not permitted to sleep in the venue overnight, however, equipment may be left in the venue if the hirer has a booking for the following day by arrangement with Hall Management
Smoking is prohibited in, and within 5 metres of Council venues, except for designated smoking areas
The use of open flames including but not limited to candles, lanterns or smoke machines is prohibited
Decorative items such as glitter, rice, sand or confetti is not permitted
Decorations must not be affixed in any way that may cause damage; this includes, but is not limited to sticky tape, pins or tacks
Animals, with the exception of assistance animals, are not permitted in council venues without prior approval.

Venue inspections

Council may provide prospective hirers with one inspection prior to booking. Inspections are conducted between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM business days and subject to hall availability.
