The Albany Creek Community Centre is located in a quiet residential area, backing on to bushland. This multi-room air conditioned venue has recently been refurbished and has a new commercial kitchen and wooden flooring.
The Board room is 3 metres x 5 metres with comfortable high back upholstered chairs set around a wooden board room table and carpeted floor.
The venue is a self-service model: All hirers are responsible for set-up/pack-down and cleaning of the venue before the conclusion of hire.
The Board room has a capacity of 10 people.
Albany Creek Community Centre has pathway access from the street parking to the main entry and an allocated accessible parking bay. An accessible toilet located in the venue is available for all hirers.

Albany Creek Community Centre is managed by Encircle Ltd on behalf of Council. The room is available to hire between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Hourly and daily rates are available with discounts available for not-for-profit organisations and regular hirer bookings. Casual rates $15.25 per hour and $152.50 per day, $7.60 per hour not-for-profit.
Hall Management provide prospective hirers the opportunity to view the hall prior to booking. Inspections are by appointment only and depend upon the availability of the venue.
