This free community event, proudly presented by the City of Moreton Bay, is a fun and exciting day for the whole family. It focuses on sustainability, eco-friendly living, and smarter ways to manage waste.
Find simple and practical ways to live more sustainably. Meet experts in sustainability, community groups, gardening specialists, conservationists, and people working to reduce fashion waste.
We’re also excited to welcome Craig Reucassel, known for his work on ABC’s The War on Waste, where he explores Australia’s rubbish problem.
There will be plenty of hands-on activities, workshops, and interactive experiences for both kids and adults. These are designed to inspire new ideas and help you learn how to live in a more eco-friendly way.
Getting there is easy. Free parking is available onsite, or you can take the train. The campus is right next to Petrie Station, making it quick and easy to arrive without the stress of parking.
Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle. Unitywater will be there with free chilled, filtered water refills.
More details about the full program will be shared later in the year.
