Right to information - Disclosure log

Council is committed to transparency and accountability in our operations. This disclosure log provides a record of documents and access to information requested under the Right to Information Act 2009.

Council does not upload documents from all right to information applications. Documents will not be added to the disclosure log if they contain the applicant’s personal information or meet one or more of the following criteria:

• if the publication is prevented by law;
• it may be defamatory;
• if the publication would unreasonably invade an individual's privacy or cause substantial harm to an entity;
• if it is, or allows to be ascertained, information of a confidential nature that was communicated in confidence or protected from disclosure under a contract; 
• if it lacks public significance or demand or the publication would have limited or no value to the public;
• the information or part thereof has been published by Council elsewhere;
• the information was published more than six months ago on Council's website;
• another clear reason at Council's discretion.
